Every piece from Summer Joy Studio is handmade and hand-packaged with care. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from my studio to your door.

Dispatch

If your item is in stock, I will ship your order within 2–5 business days after purchase. As soon as your shipment is on its way, I'll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times & Delays

Estimated delivery times are based on the carrier's own data and are approximate, not guaranteed — your order may arrive slightly earlier or later than indicated. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, transportation is no longer within my control, and I cannot be held responsible for delays that occur in transit.

You will always receive a tracking number to monitor your order. If anything gets held up, please reach out — I will do everything I can to help locate your shipment.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost depends on your destination and package size. The final price is always displayed at checkout before payment — no surprises.

Packaging

I pay special attention to packaging. Every piece is professionally packed in multi-layer protective material designed to protect it from shocks, impacts, and drops during transport. I have experience shipping fragile ceramics, and your order is packed to withstand its journey safely.

Safe Delivery Guarantee

I take full responsibility for ensuring my work reaches you in one piece. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me and I will make it right — I will remake the item, replace it, or refund the full amount. You are always protected.

Domestic Shipping — United States

  • All orders shipped via trackable carrier; tracking number provided after dispatch
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination

International Shipping

All international orders are sent via trackable postal service, and a tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

Canada & Australia

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on destination
  • Any import customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility
