Order Cancellation

• Custom-made products: The order can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
• In-stock products: The order can be canceled up until the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
• After dispatch, the order can no longer be canceled — but please see section 4 (Right of Return) below.
